Gauss sleeping bag in excellent condition. Comes with a bag - but the handles are slightly falling off! Removable inner fleece layer, and fleece lined outer layer - both waterproof.
Extremely warm piece of kit and never once got wet on the inside. People who used other sleeping bags did complain of getting a bit chilly on the colder legs and had to sleep in layers - but not with the Gauss house!
Fibre-pile Insulation:
Polyester fibre-pile pile. It is warm to the touch, it is equally warm when wet, and as the fibres do not absorb water, for insulating material it dries very quickly. It also resists mould - which is an issue with the inevitable build up of condensation. YKK full-length burstable zips All zips on our bags are YKK coil for their strength and reliability. The main zips are YKK No10 coil with non-lock zippers. Poly-cotton: We use polycotton for the pillowcase in the original Ocean Sleepwear sleeping bag. It is comfortable, and can be quickly washed and dried, stopping the build up of salt from wet hair.

Gauss ocean racing marine sleeping bag, as recommended by Clipper racing. Waterproof nylon outer skin, detachable fleece-lined inner, full width not tapered, separate fleecy pillow, complete with sturdy original carry bag for sleeping bag and separate one for pillow. Full size - non-tapered.
Used infrequently on legs 7 & 8. Dry cleaned and stored - very small mark on outer cover. Fully working zips and fabulous as new bag.
Worn for 6 days in the southern ocean. Toes remained toasty and dry. No scuffs or wearing - see photo. Difficult to get hold of and prices to sell at 300 GBP.
Simply the best sailing boot money can buy. The boot is very light yet designed in a way that provides full protection from the elements.
Used in 17/18 Race! Great as a day sail luggage bag or for runs ashore! Keeps kit nice and dry! Front zip pocket!
Great boots. Bought big to fit with my dry suit. Some damage to the gaiter lining. Still very waterproof. Used in Clipper 19-22 race. Dry much better than Musto boots
