The jacket and overalls are ocean-quality, made from breathable material with a lining. They are ideal for ocean sailing. They are size 3 XL and very comfortable to wear. The hood is integrated into the jacket and has a drawcord for a comfortable fit around the face. The high collar also protects the wearer.
I've used these garments for sailing in the English Channel and the Bay of Biscay and have always found them warm, waterproof and, thanks to the breathable fabric, they don't make me sweat.  GORE-TEX™ PRO Ocean Technology 3-layer GORE-TEX® Pro laminate plus Ocean Technology® membrane and GORE® Micro Grid Backer Technology for the ultimate breathability, combined with waterproof and windproof protection.
GORE-TEX waterproof integrity was unaffected & reliable. No tear or puncture & sealed seams remain intact. Normal surface wear & stains. Discounted low price due to cosmetic appearance. Owned by RTWer but only used on the coldest and wettest days in Leg 3 and a handful of times on Leg 6 (it was relatively warm! Too warm for a drysuit. Hopefully you’ll be as lucky). I have submerged myself in the Boogie Hole of Newcastle Australia dressed in it. You really can float in it! People in bikinis and shorts last maybe 10-20mins in the cold water. I only got out after 1 hour because I had to find a bathroom. Diligent and motivated to avoid bad smells. Suit was kept hanging if wet. Dried if weather permitted. Inside was largely dry except for condensation (wear wool and waterproof socks to stay skin dry). Drysuit was rinsed well with water and hung to air dry if used after a Leg. Made sure to ensure zipper was rinsed well of salt before waxing. Otherwise, it was tucked away in a dry bag, within another giant dry bag. Bags also for sale! Rubber neck did start a microtear under the chin which I trimmed on Leg 6. Sent it to Hammond Drysuit and technician said I did a good job but recommended to trim to neck circumference which they did for me. Rubber cuffs are fine. Reflective band on left wrist is missing and on left shoulder is peeling.. Name printed with reflective writing on back. Based in the Hampshire but able to lug to Boston on occasions. Pick up is free.
New style, Bought directly from Musto for £2300, selling at a reduced price as it has had several wears. Seals watertight and have not been cut so you can fit it to your size. Foot grips 100%. Comes with a spare neck seal I got from a musto representative in Australia, should you want an entirely new neck seal., or change to neoprene for comfort as many do. Small cloth used to hook on the back had broken, could be easily stitched but I preferred to hook it using the mid point hook instead.
