14 Day Returns Policy
We offer our customers a 'no quibble' 14 day, money-back guarantee on the sale of all physical items. This does not apply to hired items or digital downloads.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in 'as new' condition. It must also be in the original packaging. No Shipping costs are refundable unless the return is due to faulty or damaged goods in which case we may ask for evidence of the damaged goods and/or packaging for insurance purposes.
We recommend that all items shipped to the UK Mainland addresses are insured for loss or damage in transit. If a product is not received or received damaged, please notify us immediately, attaching photographs of the damaged item (where applicable) and any packaging so that we may pursue a claim with the courier. Failure to provide this information may invalidate any claim for a full or partial refund. We simply ask that you work with us when a courier fails us. If the purchaser selects the uninsured shipping option at checkout any loss or damage to the purchased items is solely at the purchaser's risk in accordance with these terms and conditions.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt and/or proof of purchase from us and a returns code.
How to Return an Item
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our headquarters address. We cannot receive items returned in this manner or refund you.
Note: Unless stated otherwise we will dispatch a courier to your original shipping address. We will reply within 24 hours.
Where we accept a return in accordance with these terms and conditions, we will send you a shipping label in PDF format for you to print and attach to the goods being returned.
Please make sure the goods are returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging. The goods should be properly packed for shipping.
We recommend you use a tracked and insured service with a 'signed-for' option.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and any refund will be made net of all associated shipping costs.
Where you have requested a replacement the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary dependent on your location and stock availability.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning purchases to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items and you are responsible for all items until safely received in good order, unused and complete in all original packaging.
Any items incorrectly returned to our Birmingham correspondence address will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund request.

Late or missing refunds
