I purchased two sets of the jacket and salopettes for the Pacific crossing and only used one set.
IMO these are a 'must have' for the colder legs of the race.
The fully waterproof jacket and salopettes can be used on it's own for 100% waterproof protection in light spray conditions or as part of the layering system.
Waist and shoulder adjustments allow for a more personalised fit. For increased durability the salopettes carry reinforcement fabric at critical areas of high abrasion.
