There are basically two ways to arrange a return. I recommend that you either book shipping online a couple of days before the intended return date or take it to Gosport Post Office before you leave.

Take the bag to a Gosport Post Office and purchase tracked and insured shipping from them in person.  MAKE SURE to retain a receipt for proof of postage.

It's a few minute's walk from Clipper Training, past the Wetherspoons.

​The package should be tracked and insured for £200. This service currently costs about £15 in 2025 using PARCELFORCE 48 HR

Arrange online for your hired bag to be collected from  a designated UK mainland address (Home or office if you live in the UK). We use Parcelforce but UPS and DPD also ship.

PLEASE - DO NOT leave the bag at Clipper's Training office

This is a deposit-threatening offence due to the hassle it causes

If you book online using Parcelforce, you can click the option for the courier to bring a sticky return label to save you having to print off a label.  Please have them stick the label to the clear plastic panel for best adhesion.

LAUNDERING THE BAG

If  you opted to launder the bag before return, please make sure to follow the washing instructions here and make sure the bag is allowed to drip dry or dry on cool. DO NOT dry clean or wash hot or use a drier.

​By the way, if you change your mind and decide not to launder the bag,  you can just return it as is after buying the laundry option by clicking here.

Once the bag has been collected, you can track its progress on the website of the shipper you chose to use.

Upon receipt of the bag in good condition, we will refund your surety deposit to the card used to hire it.  This can take 3 - 5 days in some instances.
