1. Arrange for your hired bag to be collected from a designated UK mainland address and on a designated day or, alternatively, book shipping online with  Parcelforce and drop the bag into Gosport Post Office with the shipping label.

​The package should be tracked and insured for £200. This currently costs about £15 in 2025.
​

• Make sure my returns address is securely on the bag (Parcelforce offer an option where they will affix a label to the bag - choose this option at the time of booking)
• If you include my email address and phone number in the RECIPIENT FIELD and yours in the SENDER FIELD then we will both have access to the tracking website too.

2. If you opted to launder the bag before return, please make sure to follow the washing instructions here and make sure the bag is allowed to drip dry or dry on cool.

​By the way, if you change your mind and decide not to launder the bag,  you can just return it as is and buy the laundry option by clicking here.

3. Once the bag has been collected, you can track its progress on the website of the shipper you chose to use.

4. Upon receipt of the bag in good condition, we will refund your surety deposit to the card used to hire it.  This can take 3 - 5 days in some instances.
